This role focuses on developing regional corporate income, maintaining a sustainable pipeline of relationships over £25k, and supporting fundraisers to maximise income potential. Key Responsibilities Build a high-value corporate prospect pipeline, securing £25k+ contributions to achieve over £200,000 in annual income. Design and pitch innovative partnership propositions, fostering corporate support and engagement. Develop processes for relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and income growth. Identify and unlock corporate income opportunities through strong internal and external relationships. Participate in fundraising events and networking opportunities to nurture prospects. Drive stock generation, secure Gifts in Kind, and contribute to broader organizational goals. Monitor partnerships, reporting on income and engagement in line with KPIs. Conduct due diligence on donors to ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Person Specification Proven experience in corporate partnership management with a strong track record in relationship building. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in database management and KPI reporting. Passionate about the mission, demonstrating core values and a commitment to maximising income.
